We field three adult women’s rugby teams, at All Ireland League (AIL), Leinster League and Leinster Development League level.
Our AIL side consists of players who have the desire and ability to compete at the highest domestic level and of players with Leinster, Irish and Olympic ambitions.
Our Leinster League side consists of older, more experienced players who might be ‘moving down’ from AIL playing alongside younger players and players new to the game, including cross-over athletes from other sports such as gaelic football, camogie, basketball, hockey, athletics, soccer, etc. This allows these players develop in a competitive league with more experienced players alongside them before moving upwards.
Our Leinster Development League team caters for those players who wish to play social rugby and newer players starting out in their playing career who want to develop in a less pressured environment.
This mirrors our three adult men’s teams in Railway and align with the club’s overall vision to cater for players of all abilities, backgrounds, nationalities and gender.
We have a team for you in Railway, regardless of your ability or experience, and have an established path for you to progress as quickly as you want.
Training takes place at 7pm sharp on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
